Instructions:
- Fill in all required information (red field names). All personel information such as your
eMail ID will remain confidential to organizors
- If you do NOT want your name to appear in the online WEB interface participant list, please
ensure that the 'Do Not Display' boxed is clicked
- Depending on the event format, your course may be selected for you (Thomass or Score)
- After you've entered your information, select the Submit button on the bottom
of the page. If you feel that you've made an error, simply re-enter and re-submit - we'll
sort out the incorrect information later.
